Helping Our Planet
Our Ceramic Cement Is An Extremely Superior & User Friendly Product!
Our goal is to provide a superior cement product alternative
that can replace or recycle Portland cement with and provide
a greener solution for the world.
Consider all the cement in this picture. As the population increases, more buildings will be erected, more sidewalks, parks, playgrounds, schools, roads, and airport runways, etc. will be constructed.
We have a wonderful extraordinarily capable and effective Cement Solution that will reduce the amount of CO2 that is released into the atmosphere (which increases the warming of the earth).
Advance Innovations, Inc’s Magnesium-based Ceramic Cement options are formed by the reaction of magnesium oxide with several other proprietary compounds. These magnesia cement exhibit variable rapid set times, variable high early strength, and very low permeability.
Some forms of magnesia cement have been around for many years and have found utility as a rapid patching solution option for roads and aircraft runways, which can typically be re-opened in hours rather than days or weeks. It also has very good adhesion to a wide variety of aggregates and substrates.
This cement system has excellent water and freeze/thaw resistance. Magnesia cement typically reaches very high compressive strength after 1 hour, with an ultimate strength of 8000+ psi. Our ASTM testing results prove the extraordinary capabilities of our Ceramic Cement.
The reaction mechanism is an acid-base reaction between the MgO and the other chemical compounds. This results in an initial gel formation followed by the crystallization of this gel into an insoluble ceramic cement. The magnesium oxide and other chemical compounds used in this system are available worldwide.
Magnesia Cements are superior to Portland cement in virtually every way, however, until the creation and formulation of this new ceramic cement, raw material costs to manufacture ceramic cement were prohibitively expensive. This is no longer the case.
This new ceramic cement can compete head to head with Portland cement on a cost per cubic yard basis while typically outperforming it.
What Problems Can We Fix?
Concrete is the second most consumed material after water, and a basis for the urban environment and much of our daily lives. Having a real and viable environmentally friendly cost-effective option can solve a myriad of problems to enhance life and help our world.
No Carbon Footprint
Helps eliminate harmful CO2 greenhouse gasses.
Landfill Space
As the most widely used man made material, concrete makes up a considerable portion of the world’s waste. Utilizing our Ceramic Cement significant quantities of old cement can be recycled rather than being dumped into landfills.
Standards and Regulations
Using recycled aggregate can meet or exceed all normal standards and regulations.
Landfill Cost Reduction
Sending waste old cement to landfills is typically very costly and time-consuming this can be avoided through recycling by utilizing our Ceramic Cement.
How It Works
In a Ready-mix formula, mixed with the proper proportions of sand and aggregate (which can include recycled/crushed old cement) our Ceramic Cement has the following characteristics:
- AI-C is a versatile and flexible, high-performance cement with excellent structural strengths.
- AI-C can be formulated effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -20 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
- AI-C is mixed and placed like conventional Portland cement concrete, and has up to 6 hours of working time depending on ambient temperatures and mix design.
- AI-C can be finished using standard concrete finishing practices.
- AI-C can be formulated to achieve compressive strengths of more than 2500 psi within 1 hour depending upon the mix design providing for fast-track construction if/as desired.
- AI-C leaves virtually no carbon footprint and therefore eliminates approximately one ton of harmful CO2 greenhouse gasses for every 3 yards of concrete produced.
- AI-C can be configured and delivered from a batch plant via transit truck, introduced into a transit mixer at your site or prepared at a small “onsite” batch plant for delivery to nearby projects, thus greatly saving haul time and related expenses.
- AI-C can also be site activated for Ultra Rapid Setting applications. This benefit allows for improved scheduling flexibility and eliminates the possibility of material loss due to the standard 90-minute water to-discharge constraint.

Recommended Uses:
Our Ceramic Cement can produce a structural concrete suitable for roads and bridges, aviation runways, industrial infrastructure, boat ramps, building foundations, complete housing systems, commercial building projects, and most any other new construction application where traditional Portland cement concrete would have been used.
Due to its expanded broad capabilities, Ceramic Cement can also be utilized in specialized harsh environment industry applications such as the oil & gas industry, and even encapsulation containment of hazardous waste materials.

Recycling of Old or Damaged Structures
We are proud to promote the fact that our custom forms of our new Ceramic Cement can utilize crushed portland cement in lieu of traditional sand and gravel, thus it is extraordinarily well suited for reconstruction projects in areas after natural disasters, wars, or other reasons where portland cement buildings or structures have been damaged beyond reasonable repair.
In those scenarios the old building or structure is simply demolished, the steel/rebar is removed, then that old portland cement is taken to a crusher that simply crushes it to the desired size. That same old cement, then crushed to an optimum size, is then used in lieu of sand & gravel and is recycled into our new high-performance Ceramic Cement.
Then, that new Ceramic Cement can be used to rebuild the very building or structure that the old portland cement came from.
